Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi works with the local community to maintain shared land ecosystems. On 15 March 2025 TUIT staff and students planted more than 600 ornamental and fruit trees in Oqtepa mahalla, Yunusobod district, under the national “Yashil Makon” programme (TUIT official Telegram, 15 March 2025).
