Allocation
Students apply online through ttj.tuit.uz or my.gov.uz. Applications are reviewed by the Student Housing Coordination Department against published criteria, with priority for orphans, students with disabilities, students from low-income families and first-year students from remote regions. Fees can be paid through the Payme application.
Evaluation of affordable rental housing
Students who do not get a dormitory place are helped to find affordable private housing. In August 2025 University staff visited the “Anorzor”, “Shahriston” and “Husniobod” mahalla citizens’ assemblies in Yunusobod district, studied rental prices, living conditions and safety criteria, identified suitable affordable flats and compiled a single electronic list for students (TUIT Spirituality and Enlightenment Centre Telegram channel, 8 August 2025, t.me/tatu_talabalar_uchun/18352).
