Today, at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, a sports relay race among women was held under the motto "Sport is a source of elegance and health."
5 teams took part in the relay race, which was held to promote a healthy lifestyle among women and further development of mass sports.
The main goals and objectives of organizing sports competitions in the spirit of the holiday were:
-increasing the efficiency of labor activity by attracting women working in educational institutions to mass sports;
- protection of workers and employees of educational institutions from various occupational diseases through the principles of sports and a healthy lifestyle;
- increased interest of workers and employees in physical culture and mass sports;
- promotion of a healthy lifestyle and the development of regular sports skills among employees of educational institutions.
The sports relay race was full of interesting competitions, the strongest winners were determined.
