Objectives of the Department of Transformation and Strategic Development

  1. To enhance the University’s competitiveness in the global education arena, to organize institutional transformation processes in accordance with international standards, and to formulate and implement a comprehensive strategic development policy.
  2. To develop, implement, and monitor the University’s medium- and long-term development strategies in order to ensure sustainable institutional growth.
  3. To modernize educational, research, and innovation activities based on international best practices and to gradually transform the University into a “global university” model.
  4. To develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the University’s academic, organizational, and financial autonomy.
  5. To improve the University’s position in prestigious international rankings, coordinate international accreditation processes, and enhance the quality management system.

Main Responsibilities of the Department of Transformation and Strategic Development

  1. To develop a comprehensive strategic development concept covering all areas of the University’s activities and to establish effective implementation mechanisms.
  2. To provide methodological and organizational support for institutional transformation processes and to monitor the achievement of strategic objectives.
  3. To align the activities of faculties, centers, and structural units with the overall strategic development program of the University.
  4. To study the experience of leading foreign higher education institutions and develop proposals for the implementation of best practices.
  5. To coordinate the implementation of strategic projects in accordance with Project Management principles.
  6. To develop and implement comprehensive measures aimed at including the University in the TOP–1000 lists of prestigious international rankings.
  7. To formulate strategies for international accreditation of priority academic programs and provide practical support in this regard.
  8. To modernize the educational process by introducing innovative teaching and assessment methods and strengthening quality monitoring mechanisms.
  9. To promote the development of research and innovation activities, enhance the startup ecosystem, and strengthen the “Industry – Enterprise – University” integration model.
  10. To develop strategic programs aimed at creating an attractive academic environment for international professors and students.
  11. To continuously monitor the implementation of the Strategic Development Plan and Action Plan and evaluate performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  12. To prepare analytical reports on the University’s transformation and development indicators and submit them to the University leadership.
