Objectives of the Department of Transformation and Strategic Development

  • To enhance the University’s competitiveness in the global education arena, to organize institutional transformation processes in accordance with international standards, and to formulate and implement a comprehensive strategic development policy.
  • To develop, implement, and monitor the University’s medium- and long-term development strategies in order to ensure sustainable institutional growth.
  • To modernize educational, research, and innovation activities based on international best practices and to gradually transform the University into a “global university” model.
  • To develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the University’s academic, organizational, and financial autonomy.
  • To improve the University’s position in prestigious international rankings, coordinate international accreditation processes, and enhance the quality management system.

Main Responsibilities of the Department of Transformation and Strategic Development

  • To develop a comprehensive strategic development concept covering all areas of the University’s activities and to establish effective implementation mechanisms.
  • To provide methodological and organizational support for institutional transformation processes and to monitor the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • To align the activities of faculties, centers, and structural units with the overall strategic development program of the University.
  • To study the experience of leading foreign higher education institutions and develop proposals for the implementation of best practices.
  • To coordinate the implementation of strategic projects in accordance with Project Management principles.
  • To develop and implement comprehensive measures aimed at including the University in the TOP–1000 lists of prestigious international rankings.
  • To formulate strategies for international accreditation of priority academic programs and provide practical support in this regard.
  • To modernize the educational process by introducing innovative teaching and assessment methods and strengthening quality monitoring mechanisms.
  • To promote the development of research and innovation activities, enhance the startup ecosystem, and strengthen the “Industry – Enterprise – University” integration model.
  • To develop strategic programs aimed at creating an attractive academic environment for international professors and students.
  • To continuously monitor the implementation of the Strategic Development Plan and Action Plan and evaluate performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • To prepare analytical reports on the University’s transformation and development indicators and submit them to the University leadership.
