Procedure for Handling Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi
The procedure for reviewing appeals from individuals and legal entities at the university is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities".
An official response based on the content of the appeal must be sent within fifteen days from the date of its receipt. If additional investigation and/or documents are required, the response time may be extended to up to one month.
At the university, the reception and handling of appeals are carried out according to the following types:
Oral Appeals:

Appeals submitted via the university’s hotline (71 207-44-44) are written down by the responsible officer and directed to the appropriate officials via the ijro.uz system;

During the rector’s and vice-rectors’ receptions, appeals are registered in special journals according to the approved reception schedule. Applicants are welcomed by responsible staff and directed to the reception office;

Appeals received during the rector’s personal reception are documented by the responsible staff member with official meeting minutes and substantiated responses.
Written Appeals:

Appeals submitted via the official portal of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (cabinetpm2.gov.uz), through the Ministry of Digital Technologies and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, or directly through the edo.ijro.uz system. These are received by the responsible staff member and forwarded to relevant executors via the internal workflow system;

Appeals submitted in person to the department are registered in official logbooks and sent to the appropriate responsible staff;

Appeals sent to the University Rector’s Virtual Reception Office are handled by the designated officer and forwarded to responsible parties via internal email. Responses are collected and sent to the applicant’s email address.
All types of appeals listed above are registered by the responsible officer of the university’s “Department for Handling, Control, and Monitoring of Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities”, who also ensures timely and appropriate responses are issued.
