University of Uzbekistan entered the TOP-1000 of the Times Higher Education ranking
Am 9. Oktober veröffentlichte die internationale Zeitschrift *Times Higher Education (THE)* die Ergebnisse des „World University Rankings 2026“, in dem die Hochschulen Usbekistans bemerkenswerte Fortschritte erzielt haben.
The "Cybersecurity Summit - Central Eurasia (CSS 2025) " took place on October 7-8, 2025.
Within the framework of the program, teams of up to 5 participants participated in the republican competitions "Cyberkent 3.0" in the areas "Blue team," "Red team" and "CTF master," as well as in individual competitions in the areas "Drone Hacking" and "Hack SmartHome," where TUIT students worthily participated and achieved the following results:
A roundtable discussion was held at TUIT on the topics "Fighting Ignorance with Enlightenment!" and "Priority of Human Dignity and Rights - the Foundation of Development."
During the meeting, the students were told about the negative consequences of various acts of violence, extremism, and terrorism, which are taking place today on a global scale. Issues of forming ideological immunity against ideological attacks in the minds of young people were also discussed in detail.
Meetings between the rector and student youth are ongoing.
At Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, under the leadership of Rector B. Makhkamov, a regular meeting of the leadership, heads of departments, responsible persons, and students took place on October 8 with students of the Faculties of Software Engineering and Television Technologies.
