Admission is carried out on the basis of "O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy ta’lim muassasalarida ikkinchi va undan keyingi oliy ta’limni olish tartibi to‘g‘risidagi Nizom" approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 606 dated September 24, 2021.
Applicants must register on the my.edu.uz electronic platform.
For the 2023/2024 academic year, quotas have been allocated to the following educational areas.

Conditions for admission of applicants for the second and subsequent higher education in the form of part-time education in the academic year 2023/2024
Applicants for the second and subsequent higher education will be interviewed in the form of an interview. During the interview, each of the applicants will be asked one question on the following topics, a total of four questions:
- the nature and significance of comprehensive reforms implemented in the country;
the main goal of choosing a specified undergraduate education course; - achievements and results achieved during work activities corresponding to the specified bachelor's education field;
- availability of knowledge and professional skills in the field of undergraduate education.
- Each question is allocated 25 points, and the maximum possible score is 100 points.
- According to the results of the interview, applicants who have obtained a result of 55 points and above are recommended for studentship.
Questions are developed by the Admissions Committee and approved by the Chairman of the Admissions Committee. After the interview process for a specific educational direction (group) is completed, the points assigned by the members of the Interview Commission are calculated and entered into the record. According to the protocol, the applicant is considered to have passed the interview when the average of the points set by the Interview Commission is higher than 55 points. According to the results of the interview conducted for a specific educational field (group), the list of those who passed the interview will be read out to the applicants on the same day. After the list of interviewed applicants is approved by the Rector, payment contracts will be issued to the applicants within 3 days. Admission of applicants to the ranks of students is carried out based on the established procedure.
