In accordance with the government decree (No. 290 dated 02.05.2025), from May 15, 2025, a procedure for providing loans to young students to cover the costs of traveling abroad under the international Work and Travel programs, including departure and return, as well as other related expenses, will be introduced.

☑️ The list of countries includes the European Union, South Korea, Japan, Great Britain, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Up to 2,000 students will be able to receive a loan in the amount of 40 times the basic calculation value (BCV) annually.

Applications for a loan are accepted through public service centers or the Unified Interactive Public Service (my.gov.uz).

✅ The following documents must be attached to the application:

🟢 An employment contract concluded between the applicant and the employer in a foreign country;
🟢 A certificate of income for the last 12 months and a statement of consent to become a guarantor under a loan agreement from an individual willing to assume the obligation to repay the funds in the event of non-repayment of the loan by the applicant (if any);
🟢 The student's obligation to repay the loan provided within 1 month after returning from a foreign country.

🟢 After 2,000 applications have been approved during a calendar year, the acceptance of applications is stopped.

🟢 Persons who submitted an application after the loan limit for the current year has been exhausted are not transferred to the queue for the next year and must submit a new application next year.

🗒 For reference: a loan is an interest-free loan provided with a repayment condition.
