Pursuant to paragraph 2.2 of the bilateral contract for the training of specialists on the basis of a fee-contract, the obligation to pay 75% of the specified payment amount by April 1 of this year is assigned to the student. Taking into account the appeals of parents and students, the deadline for paying 75 percent of the contract fee was set as May 10.
Note: The University may terminate the contract in accordance with Clause 5.4 of the concluded bilateral agreement and non-timely payment of the specified fee for student education in accordance with Clause 4.1 of this agreement.
