From 18 to 20 October of this year, a hackathon titled “Guided Hackathon: Game Development” was organized among students in cooperation with the “GITA” Developers Academy.
😈 A total of 86 talented students participated in the hackathon, testing their knowledge and skills in Android and Desktop categories. Within a short period, they developed various game projects for Android platforms and desktop computers in teams.
🏆 Winners and prize holders:
Android category:
🥇 1st place — Murodkhonov Umarkhon (Faculty of Economics and Management in ICT);
🥈 2nd place — Tukhtakulov Sunnat (Faculty of Computer Engineering);
🥉 3rd place — Pardayev Mansur (Faculty of Software Engineering).
Desktop category:
🥇 1st place — Rahmatullayev Ozodbek (Faculty of Radio and Mobile Communication);
🥈 2nd place — “Algoritm” team (Sotiboldiyev Asadbek, Komoliddinov Hasan — Faculty of Computer Engineering);
🥉 3rd place — “Zcoders” team (Miradhamova Nilufar, Miradkhamov Mirafzal, Rakhmiddinov Azizbek — Faculty of Radio and Mobile Communication).
🗣 Additional nominations:
⏺️ Best Design — Hazratkulov Jahongir (Faculty of Computer Engineering);
⏺️ Most Creative Approach — Naimova Sevinch (Faculty of Cybersecurity);
⏺️ Effective Use of Artificial Intelligence — Saidova Malika (Faculty of Software Engineering).
✅ At the end of the event, the winners and prize holders were awarded certificates and souvenirs.
🔺 For TUIT students, this hackathon served not only as an opportunity to put their knowledge into practice, but also to develop new ideas and teamwork skills.
