Students of the Faculty of Computer Engineering of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, who won 1st place in the prestigious international competition "CECECO Clean Energy Hackathon 2026," held in Baku, took part in the award ceremony organized in Baku.
This competition was organized by the Clean Energy Center (CECECO) of the Economic Cooperation Organization, with a total of 207 innovative projects from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan participating.
The jury highly appreciated the "EcoSense" project presented by the students of our university, and the team was awarded a special certificate and commemorative gifts.

This international achievement once again demonstrated the potential of TUIT students‘ ability of successfully applying their knowledge in the fields of "green energy" and IT in practice, as well as their competitiveness at the international level.
