Artificial intelligence makes people’s work easier, and while it will replace some professions, it will also create new ones. However, as it becomes increasingly intelligent, it may eventually pose a threat, says Anvar Zokhidov, a PhD student in artificial intelligence at the University of Texas.
🧠 Artificial intelligence is the most powerful tool of our time. And among those conducting research in this field is an Uzbek scholar — Anvar Zokhidov, a young scientist pursuing his PhD in AI and teaching at the University of Texas at Dallas, USA.
🏛 After graduating from Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, Anvar won a French government scholarship and completed his master’s degree at the Université Côte d'Azur in Nice, France. There, he took part in research on Alzheimer’s disease and managed to accelerate the research process by 80% using artificial intelligence.
In an interview with Kun.uz, the young specialist spoke about his career, developments at the forefront of modern science, and how artificial intelligence could transform human life.
