05.04.01 - Telecommunication and computer systems, telecommunication networks and devices. Information distribution;
05.04.02 - Systems and devices of radio engineering, radio navigation, radar and television. Systems of mobile, fiber-optic communication;
05.01.05 - Methods and systems of information protection. Information Security;
05.01.04 - Mathematical and software support of computers, complexes and computer networks.
In addition, the SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION CENTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIESUNDER TUIT ANNOUNCES RECEPTION FOR 2019 IN THE FOLLOWING SPECIALTIES:
05.13.01 - System analysis, management and processing of information;
05.13.02 - Theoretical bases of computer science;
05.01.07 - Mathematical modeling. Quantitative methods and a complex of programs.
Those wishing to enter the basic doctoral studies (PhD) should apply for TUIT or the Scientific and Innovation Center for Information and Communication Technologies at TUIT with the following documents:
• application;
• reference;
• a copy of the employment history in established order;
• a copy of the master's degree, a bachelor's degree of a higher educational institution;
• list of published scientific works, as well as their copies;
• holders of the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan must submit relevant documents;
• 2 photographs in the size 4 × 6 cm; copy of the passport.
Persons entering the basic doctorate (PhD) must pass the entrance exams for:
• specialties,
• a foreign language (studied at previous stages of education).
Those wishing to enter the basic doctorate (PhD) as an independent researcher must apply with their application to their higher educational institution with the following documents:
• characteristics from the place of work;
• reference;
• a copy of the master's diploma or diploma of higher education;
• a copy of the employment history in established order;
• list of scientific papers and scientific reports (patents).
People entering as independent researcher must have:
• Interview on a specialty.
