In accordance with the regulation approved by the Resolution No. 376 of the Cabinet of Ministers (dated 14.08.2023), students can submit their applications via the my.gov.uz portal starting from August 1st.
According to the regulation, students with privileges and priorities are admitted to student dormitories first.
Afterwards, for students on the general list, the remaining dormitory places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis as follows:
🔹 55 — 65 percent for 1st-year students;
🔹 15 — 20 percent for 2nd-year students;
🔹 up to 20 — 25 percent for 3rd-year students and above.
Application acceptance continues from August 1st until the end of the academic year.
ℹ️ For your information, applicants recommended for the 1st stage of the OTT for the 2026/2027 academic year will be able to submit applications after the final results are announced. Places for them will also be allocated according to the order above.
🆕 Convenience for students: Now, moving into student housing and temporary registration are carried out automatically through a composite (combined) service.
❓What has changed?
Previously, after moving into student housing, students were required to collect separate documents and contact other agencies for temporary registration. Now these services have been combined — there is no need for extra time expenditure and hassle!
Once your application for student housing is reviewed, an electronic contract and a referral will be provided.
Once you make the payment indicated in the contract, the composite service will be activated, and the payment for temporary registration will be generated.
After making the registration payment, you will be provided with a registration certificate confirming your registration at your place of residence.
Important note: The validity period of temporary registration at your place of residence is effective from the date of payment until the term specified in the contract.
