
According to the State Commission's resolution, in the 2025/2026 academic year, for additional admission to undergraduate programs for applicants who scored 56.7 points or more on the entrance examinations but were not recommended for admission, the amount of differentiated tuition fees will be determined by the rector (director) independently as follows:
➖ for applicants who missed the passing score by up to 4.05 points, the amount of differentiated tuition fees will be determined based on the requirements of the Regulation (Appendix 1, paragraph 73), approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 578 dated September 13, 2025;
➖ for applicants who fail to achieve the passing score by more than 4.05 points, the differentiated tuition amount will be set by university rectors (directors) at a minimum of three times the basic contract fee.
All higher education institutions will approve minimum differentiated tuition amounts for undergraduate programs and programs for the 2025/2026 academic year by September 25, 2025, and publish them on their official websites.
Applicants who express a desire to study under a differentiated contract in the 2025/2026 academic year are allowed to pay 50 percent of the tuition for one year of tuition up to and including October 31, 2025.
In addition, applicants who participated in the competition based on the results of the entrance examinations and were recommended for admission to one of the bachelor's degree programs from 2nd to 5th (on a grant or contract) are granted the right, at their own request, to study under the terms of a differentiated contract in the first bachelor's degree program they have chosen as a priority (with the exception of those recommended for targeted admission).
