“We must raise our youth not only to keep pace with the times but also to be prepared for the future. Let us never forget that the future belongs to the pioneers armed with modern knowledge,”

— said the Head of State.

At a time when our economy is receiving 30–35 billion dollars in annual investment, along with new industries and modern technologies, enterprises are experiencing a shortage of workers. As a result, around 250–300 thousand high-income jobs are being created every year.

These opportunities are, first and foremost, an additional chance for our youth to secure employment. However, it was emphasized that in order to qualify for such modern technologies and sectors, young people must possess knowledge, professional skills, and competence.

It was declared that 2026 will be the Year of Training Youth in Modern Professions.

To this end, a Vocational Education Agency is being established. The main task of this agency, together with local authorities, will be to introduce a new environment into all 598 technical colleges and implement international standards.
