In order to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks set in the open dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with youth dated February 14, 2025, as well as in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 30, 2024 No. PP-346 "On Measures for Further Improvement of the System of Work with Gifted Youth," in order to prepare gifted students in the field of IT for international Olympiads and competitions, as well as to ensure their worthy participation in startup contests, it is planned to organize the "RECTOR'S CUP" competition among students of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi to demonstrate and develop their abilities in digital technologies, robotics, artificial intelligence and programming, and to create broad opportunities for the realization of their talents. Competitions were announced in the following 5 areas.
Among these competitions, the Unicorn-AI Startup competition was organized specifically to realize the startup ideas of young people who intend to implement their projects and developments in production. This competition is open to 1-4-year undergraduate and 1-2-year master's students studying at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi. The main goal of the competition is to organize a startup project competition in order to support students' scientific and innovative ideas, develop and promote startup projects based on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and encourage young entrepreneurs.
The following documents must be prepared for the competition:
Startup project passport;
Cost estimate;
Startup project business model;
Startup project presentation (up to 10 slides) that fully covers the content of the project.
Bunda talabalarning ilmiy innovatsion g‘oyalarini qo‘llab quvvatlash maqsadida sun’iy intellekt yoʻnalishida jamoaviy (3-5 nafardan iborat jamoalar) startap loyihalar tanlovi tashkil qilingan bo‘lib, ushbu tanlov 2 bosqichda amalga oshiriladi:
- Ro‘yatdan o‘tish va saralash bosqichi;
- Final bosqich.
Hozirgi kunda tanlovga 70 ga yaqin arizalar kelib tushgan bo‘lib dastlabki saralash bosqichida 40 ga yaqin jamoa loyihalari final bosqichida qatnashish imkoniyatini qo‘lga kiritdi va bunda 150 nafar ishtirokchi qatnashishi rejalashtirilgan.
Mazkur “Unicorn-AI” startaplar tanlovi final bosqichini yanada sifatli o‘tkazish va startap loyihalarni bohalashda ishtirok etish uchun soha korxonalari hamda Venchur fond mutaxassislari jalb qilingan.
Ushbu tanlovning final bosqichi 2025-yil 29-mart sanasida soat 1300 da universitetimizning E-bino 313-xonasida bo‘lib o‘tadi.
