Teshabayev Toʻlqin Zakirovich 

Biography

Teshabayev To‘lqin Zakirovich — Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Finance (since 2020), former Rector of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (2016–2020). In 2016, Tolqin Teshabayev became the first among university leaders in Uzbekistan to launch the virtual reception of the rector of TUIT. Since 2018, he introduced the credit-based education system at TUIT.

• 2012–2014 — First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies
• 2014–2016 — Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan
• 2016–2020 — Rector of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi
• Since 2020 — Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Finance.
