Structure of the Registrar's Office

The Office consists of 1 Head, 2 Division Chiefs, and 14 Senior Specialists.

Within the Registrar’s Office, two departments operate: the Front Office (Student Services Department) and the Back Office (Database Department).

Front Office (Student Services Department)

The Front Office acts on behalf of the Head of the Registrar’s Office in their absence (due to leave, business trips, etc.).

Its responsibilities include assisting students in using digital platforms efficiently, providing accounting and marketing services, advising faculty and students on system-related matters, facilitating the use and execution of platforms such as HEMIS, LMS, and the unified interdepartmental document management system “ijro.gov.uz”. The department also handles academic movement processes (transfers, academic leave, re-admissions, and dismissals) through the university's electronic learning platform, in accordance with relevant regulations.

Back Office (Database Department)

The Back Office is responsible for managing student-related statistical data and ensuring its correct entry into the HEMIS information system. It coordinates the documentation and archiving of student records, oversees the proper use and implementation of HEMIS, LMS, and ijro.gov.uz systems, and analyzes and summarizes the academic movement (admissions, transfers, re-admissions, and dismissals) of students through the university's digital learning platform.
