At the initiative of the Youth Union, a seminar-training was organized at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi on the topic: "Is psychological conflict a step towards growth or an obstacle?."

The seminar was conducted by the Head of the Department of Psychological Support and Personal Development of the university. Members of the Youth Union and the public group "Qalqon" took an active part in it.

During the event, the intrapsychic and interpsychic forms of psychological conflicts, their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral mechanisms, as well as their significance in personal development, were comprehensively covered.

Participants gained important knowledge and skills in correct understanding of conflicts, constructive management, emotional regulation, and adaptive coping strategies.

This seminar served to increase the psychological literacy of young people, develop a culture of communication, and enhance their social activity.
