On January 30, at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad Al-Khwarizmi, a spiritual enlightenment event was held under the title "A Name in Eternal Memory" dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Abduganievich Karimov.
The event was attended by Surat Mirkhodzhayevich Mirkosimov, who was the authorized ambassador of Uzbekistan to India in the first years of the country's independence.
According to the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev large-scale event was held dedicated "On the 80th anniversary of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, as a great state and political figure". This resolution was adopted to represent the great historical achievements of the First President of Uzbekistan, I.A. Karimov, for the independence of our Motherland, the well-being and development of the country.
Islam Karimov as president of the country devoted his entire life for great goals, as building a new state, a new society, strengthening the independence, the glorification of the Uzbek people. The Uzbek people are carrying out reforms and incredible changes in the country proudly associated with the name of I. Karimov.
The event was attended by students of the Faculty of Economics and Management in the sphere of ICT. Students demonstrated poem accompanied by a video. In addition to all this, a competition of works dedicated to the 80th anniversary of I. Karimov under the title "Values of I.Karimov's works in education of healthy generation" and "Life dedicated to a free and developed motherland" was held among the students, as well as the Initial Organization of the Youth Union "Competition attentive reader "based on the works of I. Karimov. All the winners of the competitions were awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts.
