If an applicant does not gain admission to the five selected universities but their scores meet the requirements for a vacant spot in another university, then:
✅ The rector of that university will be able to admit the applicant on a paid basis!
Example: An applicant scored 85 points but did not pass the admission threshold for the five chosen universities. However, another university has a vacant spot, and with 85 points, the applicant can be admitted. Now, this applicant will be enrolled in that university on a contract basis.
