In accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-61, issued on February 14, 2025, on "Additional Measures to Support the Employment of University Graduates", new opportunities have been introduced to enhance youth employment, integrate graduates into the labor market, and improve the training process in collaboration with the private sector and commercial banks.
🤔 Based on this decree, “Uzmilliybank” JSC has been assigned to establish “Step into the Future” centers across various regions. One of these centers will be established at Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi through a signed agreement.
The center at TUIT will implement the "Step into the Future" program in collaboration with “Uzmilliybank”, focusing on the following areas:
🟢 Supporting final-year students with innovative business ideas, assisting them throughout the entire project development process, including access to favorable financing options.
🟢 Organizing open competitions among graduating and junior students in various fields, with winners receiving assistance in job placement.
🗒 Key components of the initiative:
✍️ Identifying the demand for highly qualified specialists among major employers and establishing professional requirements for candidates.
✍️ Providing financial support for tailored professional training programs based on employer requirements for competition winners.
✍️ Offering practical training at production sites and short-term study opportunities at foreign universities as part of individual professional development programs.
