On January 16 of this year, the Dean of the Faculty of Intelligent Computing at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Prof. Dr. Azremi Abdullah Al-Hadi paid an official visit to the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.
✅Within the framework of the visit, the guest got acquainted with the educational and scientific activities of the university, modern scientific laboratories, information and resource center, situational center and other infrastructure facilities created in recent years.
Also, employees of the Department of International Cooperation, International Ratings and Strategic Development presented a presentation on the educational process, scientific potential, directions of international cooperation and development strategy of TUIT.
In turn, Prof. Dr. Azremi Abdullah Al-Hadi spoke in detail about the history of UniMAP University's establishment, its management and faculty structure, research activities, innovative projects, and international cooperation experience. It was noted that the presented information will serve as an important basis for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two universities.
During the meeting, issues of establishing cooperation between the parties in information technologies, energy, electronics, metrology, artificial intelligence (AI) and related areas were discussed. Including:
• joint scientific projects,
• exchange of teaching staff and students,
• creation of joint laboratories,
• an exchange of views took place on the possibilities of joint participation in international grants.
The talks were held in a sincere and constructive atmosphere, and the parties expressed their readiness to establish long-term and sustainable cooperation in the future.
