At Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, a meeting on the topic "Harmony of Beauty and Spirit" was held for female students by the university's Psychological Support and Personal Development Department in collaboration with a psychologist-stylist and image maker consultant.
During the event, the following issues were discussed:
The concept of harmony between beauty and spirit;
The connection between external appearance and internal state;
Psychological approach to the question "Is image a mask or the real self?";
Self-acceptance and authenticity;
The balance between societal expectations and personal values.
During the conversation, participants shared their thoughts and life experiences, emphasizing that image is not just external appearance but also a reflection of a person's inner values, self-attitude, and mental state.
The event motivated female students to deepen their self-understanding, accept their identity, and freely express their "self" through personal style.
Inner harmony was once again recognized as the solid foundation of true beauty.
