
A delegation led by J. Sultanov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, visited the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) in Germany.
During the visit, members of the delegation became familiar with the university’s modern infrastructure and functioning laboratories. The meeting involved in-depth discussions on existing academic programs in the field of information technology, the experience of developing these programs based on the needs and requirements of industry, and the academic and research activities of students.
In addition, opportunities for cooperation in this field were explored, including the launch of exchange programs, the establishment of joint educational programs, and the implementation of joint projects.
At the end of the visit, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the two universities to promote academic staff exchange, joint scientific research, and the training of qualified specialists.
