Rector of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, Professor Bakhtiyor Mahkamov, met with participants of the forum "Healthy Person - Healthy Nation - Urgench 2025" under the slogan "Olympic Spirit - Source of Inspiration, Paralympics - Unlimited Will!", which is currently being held at a high level.
During the meeting, it was discussed that state youth policy in our country has reached a higher level, that young people are being provided with ample opportunities to reveal their talents and potential, in particular, the conditions and opportunities created for students at the university.
At the meeting, the rector emphasized the attention paid to education and upbringing today, the effective results of reforms, and the need for every young person to strive to become an accomplished specialist in their field, making effective use of the opportunities created, and expressed his views on a number of issues related to educational, scientific, and spiritual processes.
At the end of the conversation, the rector paid special attention to the issues of intensifying student activity, increasing initiative and creativity. He also listened to the students' free thoughts, suggestions and initiatives on problems and issues. He expressed his readiness to provide them with as much help and support as they need in this regard.
