The University’s competitive programming teams participated in the “3rd International Training Camp on Competitive Programming”, an international training program held from 19 to 28 August at ADA University in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.
🌍 The international training camp was organized in cooperation with the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBAR), ICPC Azerbaijan, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), and NERC. It brought together students and leading programming teams from prestigious higher education institutions in Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Iran, and Georgia.
💻 During the training, TUIT students:
🔺 analyzed complex algorithmic problems and developed optimal solutions;
🔺 participated in master classes delivered by coaches with international experience;
🔺 worked on problems as teams and analyzed their results;
🔺 re-analyzed unsolved and incorrectly solved problems through upsolving;
🔺 strengthened their knowledge and skills in effective time management and developing rapid solutions during competitions.
🏆 As part of the program, participants took part in intensive programming competitions and conducted in-depth analyses of the problem-solving process.
✨ The international training provided TUIT students with an opportunity to exchange experience with representatives of foreign universities and leading programming teams, test their knowledge and skills in an international environment, and prepare thoroughly for prestigious programming competitions.
🤝 This participation represents an important step towards enhancing students’ professional competencies, broadening their international experience, and strengthening TUIT’s presence in the international competitive programming arena.
