📌 A ceremony was held at the Ministry of Digital Technologies to mark the 35th anniversary of the independence of Uzbekistan and to honour dedicated and active professionals who have made a significant contribution to the development of the sector.
💬 During the ceremony, Sherzod Shermatov, Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, solemnly presented Professor Bakhtiyor Makhkamov, Rector of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (TUIT), with the “35th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” commemorative badge, established to mark the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence.
The award recognises the Rector’s effective contribution to the development of digital technologies, education and science, as well as his efforts to further advance the IT sector in Uzbekistan.
