On 25–26 September 2026, an awards ceremony was held at the University of Military Security and Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan following the sports competitions organised among students of leading higher education institutions and cadets of higher military educational institutions in connection with 1 October — Teachers and Mentors’ Day.
In the mini-football category, the team of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi performed successfully in all matches and, according to the final results, secured an honourable 1st place!
Team unity on the field, a high level of sporting skill, determination and confidence in victory were important factors in achieving this success.
We sincerely congratulate the members of our team, who proudly represented our university and achieved such an outstanding result, on this well-deserved victory!
