At this meeting, the prospects of implementing a bilateral and multilateral scientific and technical cooperation program with Russian scientific organizations and higher education institutions were discussed. Currently, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia has announced a competition for financial support of the scientific and technical cooperation program together with scientific organizations and higher education institutions of the CIS countries by the federal budget. The possibility of implementing joint projects between the two universities was considered.
