
Buriboyev Abror Shavkatovich, a doctoral student at Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, is currently undergoing a scientific internship at the "Intelligent Robotics and Autonomous System Control Lab – IRASC" at Konkuk University, South Korea.
🇰🇷 As part of the National Research Foundation of Korea project (RS-2024-00412141) titled “Wildlife Behavior and Ecology Control Technology by Applying Reinforcement Learning Based on Generative AI Integrated Model”, he is conducting scientific research.
During the internship, Abror Buriboyev is deepening his knowledge in robotics, Robot Operating System (ROS) programming, SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), reinforcement learning, deep learning, and autonomous path planning. He is working on developing AI-based algorithms and conducting experiments with autonomous robots equipped with LiDAR sensors, with plans to implement the acquired knowledge in Uzbekistan.
📝 Additionally, TUIT and Konkuk University aim to publish research papers in Scopus and WoS-indexed Q1 and Q2 international scientific journals. Abror Buriboyev had previously completed an internship at IRASC Lab in 2024, resulting in the publication of three international research articles.
