Ulugbek Ergashev, a graduate of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, has earned a PhD degree from the prestigious Binghamton University, located in New York, USA.
For reference, Binghamton University is ranked 601st in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings, which lists the world’s top higher education institutions.
This achievement is the result of scientific and academic cooperation between the two universities, established at the initiative of TUIT Rector Bakhtiyor Makhkamov.
Currently, several TUIT graduates are also continuing their research activities at Binghamton University through PhD programs.
