Today, 3 September, an opening ceremony was held at the TUIT Academic Lyceum for the new modern TUIT Lab laboratory and the Information Resource Centre (IRC), with the participation of the university leadership headed by Professor B. Makhkamov, Rector of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.
During the ceremony, an educational laboratory equipped with 30 modern computers was opened for the lyceum’s pupils, along with an IRC equipped with more than 1,000 printed publications and electronic textbooks.
From now on, pupils will have the opportunity to study computer science, web development and computer graphics in greater depth at the laboratory, consolidate their knowledge through practical work, and use the IRC’s essential educational literature and electronic learning resources for independent study and scientific and creative research.
