Good news for students: financial support for tuition fees is now available!
❗️From now on, members of families included in the “Social Register” aged between 14 and 30 can submit an online application to have part of their tuition fees covered by the “Youth Notebook” (Yoshlar daftari) Fund.
❓ Who can apply?
🎓 This support is available only to full-time, fee-paying students in the following categories:
🟢 students of professional education institutions;
🟢 students of public and private higher education institutions;
🟢 students studying at foreign higher education institutions or their branches located in Uzbekistan (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
🏧 Amount of support:
Up to 50% of the tuition fee, but not exceeding 50 times the Base Calculation Amount (BCA).
⏳ Applications are reviewed within 8 working days.
❗️ This support does NOT apply to:
🗄 students pursuing a second or subsequent degree;
🗄 part-time, evening, or distance learning students;
🗄 students enrolled in joint/dual degree programs;
🗄 students studying under a differentiated (so-called “super-contract”) tuition scheme.
❔ How does the process work?
⏺️ The applicant submits an online application via my.gov.uz.
⏺️ The application is reviewed by the “Mahalla Seven” (local community committee).
⏺️ If approved, the funds are transferred to the educational institution’s bank account, depending on the fulfilment of the social contract conditions during the first month.
This initiative aims to support young people in accessing education, strengthen their social protection, and reduce the financial burden of tuition fees.
