Applications for accommodation in student residences (dormitories) have been accepted since 1 August.
Applications are submitted through the my.gov.uz portal.
The procedure is carried out in accordance with the regulations approved by the relevant Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
First, applicants with benefits and priority status are admitted to student accommodation.
The remaining places are then allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the general list:
✅ 1st year — 55–65%
✅ 2nd year — 15–20%
✅ 3rd year and above — up to 20–25%
Applications will be accepted from 1 August until the end of the academic year.
What has changed?
From now on, admission to student accommodation and temporary registration will be carried out automatically through a composite (integrated) service. Previously, these two processes required separate documents to be collected and applications to be submitted to different authorities; they have now been combined.
The process is as follows:
✅ After your application is reviewed, an electronic contract and a referral will be provided.
✅ Once you make the payment specified in the contract, the composite service will be activated and a payment for temporary registration will be generated.
✅ After the registration payment is made, a registration slip for your place of residence will be issued.
Please note that the temporary registration period is valid from the date of payment until the date specified in the contract.
Applicants recommended for admission to the 1st stage of the Higher Education Organisation for the 2026/2027 academic year will be able to submit their applications after the final results are announced. Places for them will also be allocated in accordance with the procedure outlined above.
