A Pilaf Festival was held at our university with the participation of female students, professors, and leading women.
At our university, female students, professors, and leading women showcased masterclasses on the art of cooking pilaf, staying true to the mentor-apprentice traditions. Each cooking process was rich in unique cultural elements and traditions, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of our national customs and values.
