The “Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence” Olympiad will be organized for university students on 5–6 May 2026 by the Department of Artificial Intelligence.
This subject Olympiad provides participants with an opportunity to test their creative ideas and AI models through real-world tasks, gain professional experience in the field, and identify and support talented, tech-driven students.
What does the Olympiad offer?
Participants will have the chance to:
• test their skills in artificial intelligence algorithms and applied programming;
• build leadership and expand their professional network among talented peers;
• receive special certificates and valuable prizes;
• gain new technological ideas and motivation.
Olympiad requirements:
1. Solving problems related to artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms.
2. Calculating and tuning parameters of machine learning models.
3. Developing, simulating, and analyzing models in programming environments (Python / Jupyter / Google Colab).
4. Designing an AI-based solution for a real-world problem.
