He was born in Tashkent in 1988. He graduated TUIT, the faculty of Economics and Management in 2008 and continued study at Hannah University in South Korea. He successfully defended his doctoral dissertation under the direction of Pak Pyon Ju , a young scientist who studied for a two-year postgraduate study and then a doctoral degree. At the present time he worked as a senior lecturer at the Departament of " Multimedia Technologies " of TUIT. It contributed to the establishment of a new laboratory. He went to the USA in 2015 and taught students in the field of multimedia technologies at the University of Louisiana . From November 2017, he returned to our country and continues his work at the Department of " Multimedia Technologies " of TUIT .
