Just now, the "A Healthy Person – A Healthy Nation Caravan Heads to Samarkand" forum, titled "TUIT Youth in New Uzbekistan – United for One Goal and One Idea – Samarkand-2025", has officially started in the ancient and ever-young city of Samarkand. The forum, which will be held from February 24 to 26, includes the participation of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi and its regional branches.
🇺🇿 On February 13, under the chairmanship of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, a videoconference meeting was held on further developing the Olympic and Paralympic movements, taking mass sports to a new level, and increasing public physical activity. In addition, on February 14, during the Youth Dialogue, several key tasks were set. To ensure the implementation of these objectives, this large-scale forum has been organized. This significant event has gathered nearly 1,000 active, talented, and sports-enthusiastic students, professors, and staff members from TUIT and its regional branches in Samarkand.
