In the 2026/2027 academic year, the application of the "Scholastic Aptitude Test – SAT" certificate, administered by the "College Board" organization, in the admission of applicants to higher education institutions on the basis of additional state grants shall be carried out as follows.
➡️ For applicants holding a "Scholastic Aptitude Test – SAT" certificate (with a score of 1200 or higher), the additional state grant admission quotas for bachelor's degree programs whose subject combination (two subjects corresponding to the field of education) under the full-time education form includes "Mathematics" and "Foreign Language" shall be set at 50 percent of the admission quota for the relevant bachelor's degree programs.
📝 In this regard:
🟢 in cases where 50 percent of the admission quota is not a whole number, the additional admission quota for the relevant bachelor's degree programs shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number;
🟢 the established privilege shall apply to applicants who selected "Mathematics" and "Foreign Language" as their subject combination during registration and whose SAT certificate was submitted to the Assessment Agency for Knowledge and Skills via DI code by 25 June 2026 (inclusive);
🟢 applicants' SAT certificate scores shall serve as the primary criterion in their admission under the additional state grant quotas;
🟢 applicants shall be recommended for enrollment within the additional state grant admission quotas for up to five higher education institutions and bachelor's degree programs of their choice, strictly in accordance with the ranking of their SAT certificate scores;
🟢 in the event that an applicant's SAT certificate score is tied with the score of the applicant(s) at the lower threshold of the allocated additional admission quota, such applicant(s) shall also be recommended for enrollment in the relevant bachelor's degree program;
🟢 applicants holding an SAT certificate shall be given the opportunity either to make use of this privilege or, without using the privilege, to participate in the general competition based on their entrance test results;
🟢 applicants holding an SAT certificate who were not recommended for enrollment in any of the up to five programs selected during registration shall be given the opportunity to re-register for vacant additional grant places within a one-week period, starting one week after the announcement of the entrance examination results;
🟢 the records of the Assessment Agency for Knowledge and Skills shall serve as the basis for processing the relevant documents for the enrollment of these applicants.
