❓ Who can transfer their studies?
For transferring to another state higher education institution, permission is granted to:
➖ a student who is getting married and transferring their studies to the permanent place of residence of their spouse;
➖ a student whose parent's or spouse's place of work has changed and who has received a recommendation letter from the relevant ministry regarding the transfer of studies. These students can transfer their studies without an examination.
Who can transfer their studies with an examination?
➖ A student studying abroad;
➖ A student studying at a private university.
