Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (TUIT) in cooperation with the Academy of Technical Applied Studies Polytechnics (RS BELGRAD24), Serbia, announces an open call for applications for academic mobility under the Erasmus+ KA171 grant project for teaching staff!

📌 GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE MOBILITY

  • Number of participants: 2 teaching staff members
  • Duration of mobility: 5 days
  • Host Institution: Academy of Technical Applied Studies Polytechnics (Belgrade, Serbia)
  • Priority Fields: Network Information Technologies, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, and related ICT fields

🎯 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. Must be a full-time academic/teaching staff member at TUIT.
  2. Must possess strong English language skills for communication and teaching (minimum B2 level).

📄 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All documents must be prepared in English and submitted in PDF format:

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV): The CV must comprehensively cover the following details:
  • Full academic and teaching experience;
  • Participation in research and international projects (Erasmus+, grants, etc.);
  • List of key scientific publications and articles (Scopus, Web of Science, national, and international journals);
  • Academic and professional research interests;
  • Achievements, awards, and international professional development courses.
  1. Motivation Letter (500–800 words): Must outline:
  • Primary objectives and expected academic outcomes of the mobility period;
  • Potential contribution of this international experience to the development of the department and university;
  • Proposals for future joint research or project initiatives.
  1. Copy of International Passport.
  2. Language Proficiency Certificate (if available).

💰 FINANCIAL COVERAGE AND GRANT CONDITIONS

  • To cover daily subsistence, accommodation, and international travel expenses, a grant of up to €1,500 will be awarded per participant under the Erasmus+ KA171 project.
  • Grant disbursements will be managed and paid by the host institution, Academy of Technical Applied Studies Polytechnics, in accordance with Erasmus+ financial rules.
