⚡️The most important initiatives in the new Decree and Resolution adopted by our President to support youth (https://president.uz/oz/lists/view/9120):
↪️1) 20,000 young entrepreneurs will be trained based on programs from prestigious foreign educational institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, and London Business School;
↪️2) Up to 500 million soums of concessional loans will be allocated to 1,000 entrepreneurs (with a 6-month grace period);
↪️3) State service fees for establishing entrepreneurship will be reduced by 50% for youth with a C1 level certificate in a foreign language;
↪️4) The fee for obtaining a foreign travel passport will be reduced by 50% for youth with at least a B2 certificate in a foreign language;
↪️5) At least 10,000 young families will be provided with housing annually on preferential mortgage terms;
↪️6) Entrepreneurs selling more than 10,000 books per month will be granted concessional loans up to 1 billion soums;
↪️7) Interest-free loans up to 300 million soums (730 BHM) will be provided to youth who open or want to expand language centers in remote areas;
↪️8) 100 young employees who win the "Most Active Young Employee of the Year" competition will be specially awarded annually;
↪️9) Grants up to 100 million soums will be allocated to finance youth volunteer projects;
↪️10) The "TOP-100 Reader" competition will be held, with winners receiving incentives of 10 million soums (25 BCV);
↪️11) The best teachers of non-governmental education centers will be sent for internships to advanced foreign educational centers;
↪️12) Through the "A Day with Youth" campaign, 10,000 young people annually will directly exchange experiences with state leaders and officials;
↪️13) Social and income tax rates for private educational centers in remote areas will be set at 1% (until 2031);
↪️14) A nationwide youth festival under the slogan "Youth – the happy and golden period of life" will be held every September;
↪️15) Private educational centers will be allowed to provide education based on their own developed programs;
↪️16) A paid internship system in state organizations will be established for socially active youth;
↪️17) At least one "Youth Park" street specializing in tourism, gastronomy, and reading will be established in each region;
↪️18) The share of young specialists with 3 years of experience in state bodies promoted to higher positions will increase by 30%;
↪️19) The "Advanced Creator" Presidential award will be given to the best young writers and poets;
↪️20) Mandatory minimum standards for youth infrastructure (library, sports facility, cinema) will be introduced at the neighborhood and district levels;
↪️21) Professional volunteer specialties will be introduced in medical, ecological, educational, and sports fields;
↪️22) Free business plans will be prepared through commercial banks for young entrepreneurs;
↪️23) Special regional forums aimed at strengthening family values will be organized for young families;
↪️24) The state will cover the education expenses of youth who study modern professions and obtain certificates;
↪️25) Support will be provided for the introduction of internationally and abroad recognized professional examination (certificate) systems;
↪️26) In cooperation with private training centers, 100,000 young people will be trained in future and modern professions;
↪️27) The number of social projects implemented on youth initiative in neighborhoods will be increased to 2,000;
↪️28) National cybersport competitions will be held, involving 50,000 young people;
↪️29) Free 24/7 call centers will be established nationwide to protect the mental health of youth;
↪️30) Special "World of Professions" programs aimed at career guidance will be introduced in schools starting from the lowest grades;
↪️31) Every two years on August 12 – International Youth Day, the "Dialogue of Generations" international youth congress is held;
↪️32) Measures are taken annually through electronic platforms to ensure employment for 600,000 young people.
