Now it is possible to defend the PhD thesis in technical sciences in the field of IT in Karakalpakstan.
According to the decision of the Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 154 dated May 5, 2023, Doctor of Philosophy in Technical Sciences at the Nukus branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al- Khwarizmi (A scientific council awarding the scientific degree of PhD) was established.
Scientific Council 05.01.04- "Mathematical and software support of computing machines, complexes and computer networks", 05.01.04- "Information acquisition
systems and processes" and 13.00.06 - "Theory and methodology of electronic education" is allowed to conduct the defense of the dissertation.
