  • The fourth (republican) stage of the “Step into Invention” competition was held by the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions under the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As is known, in accordance with the tasks defined in the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 1 April 2024, No. PF-55 “On expanding the network of specialized schools and further improving their activities,” a joint resolution was signed on 30 May 2025 (No. 29-q/q) by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation. In line with this resolution, the fourth (republican) stage of the “Step into Invention” competition was held on 1–2 July among students of general secondary education institutions.

The jury evaluated a total of 42 projects and developments submitted from various regions and districts, ensuring a fair and transparent assessment process.

The top three winning projects were awarded certificates and laptops, while 10 additional projects were recommended for implementation and awarded certificates worth 56 million soums.

Serving as jury chairperson was D. Eshmuradov, Head of the “Power Supply Systems” Department at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, while F. Rajabov, Associate Professor of the “Computer Systems” Department, also participated as a jury member.
