In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PQ-430 dated December 12, 2024, the establishment of the Zarafshan Faculty of TUIT has been outlined to expand the training of qualified personnel in the field of information technology across various regions.
Based on this initiative, on July 22–23, a working group from the university visited the city of Zarafshan to inspect the readiness of the building planned to provide distance learning services for the 2025–2026 academic year.
In particular, the team reviewed the ongoing preparations for the new academic year at the future Zarafshan Faculty of TUIT, focusing on the following aspects:
Creating favorable conditions for students and academic staff,
Equipping comfortable classrooms,
Providing access to information and library services,
Establishing digital learning zones,
Arranging student accommodation,
Setting up practical training bases,
The inspection aimed to ensure that all necessary infrastructure and educational facilities are being effectively put in place.
