At the initiative of the Rector of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, B. Makhkamov, a "Rector's Cup" chess competition was held among young people living in the Nurmakon and Mingchinor mahallas of Yunusabad district.
📌 The competition was organized to develop the intellectual potential of young people, enhance their logical thinking skills, meaningfully organize their free time, and promote a healthy and active lifestyle. The event created an atmosphere of friendly competition among young people and became an important platform for testing their knowledge and skills.
During the competitions, the participants demonstrated skills in strategic planning, patience, and quick decision-making. The competition was held at a high level, with full compliance with the rules of the sport.
At the end of the 1st stage of the competition, the winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas and commemorative gifts and received a ticket to the next stage.
This initiative became one of the important steps in working with youth in mahallas, providing them with comprehensive support, and strengthening a healthy spiritual environment.
