On 4th of November, in Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi international scientific and technical conference "Informatics and Communication Technologies - 2019" (ICISCT 2019) started its work.

First Deputy Minister of the Ministry for Development of Information and Communication Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan Umarov Olimjon Muhammadjonovich, rector of TUIT Teshabayev Tulkin Zakirovich, and more than 30 professors and teachers from Canada, France, Great Britain, United Emirates, South Korea, People Republic of China, Russian Federation, Check Republic, Latvia, Serbia, Italy and Bulgaria, students of university and specialists in the sphere of ICT of our Republic take part in the conference.


Conference was opened by rector of TUIT T. Teshabayev, who noted in his opening speech, that current big event is organized in cooperation with Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), covers not only the sphere of information communication technologies, but also education sphere, this scientific and technical conference devoted to problems of developing information communication technologies, in particular, problems of computer technologies, library science, artificial intelligence, mathematical programming, information security, robotics and network technologies.


“One of the important issues of our time is the organization of techno parks, foresight centers, technology transfer, start-ups, accelerators in higher educational institutions, transforming their scientific and practical institutions into research and forecasting the socio-economic development of the relevant industries and regions, attracting potential and scientific technologies leading foreign universities and research centers,”said T.Teshabaev, Rector of TUIT, in his speech.


The conference addresses the issues of solving important problems arising in the field of information and communication technologies, the introduction of advanced technologies in our society, this forum is a platform for the exchange of experience between domestic and foreign experts.

The conference will be held until November 6 this year.
