A meeting was held between TUIT and UI GreenMetric representatives within the framework of GSDC 2026

🇮🇩 Within the framework of the Global Sustainable Development Congress 2026 international congress, held in Jakarta, Indonesia, representatives of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi are holding a number of meetings with international rating organizations.

🗣 One of these meetings was held with Dr. Vishnu Juwono, S.E., MIA, Chairperson of UI GreenMetric World University Rankings.

🌿 During the discussion, practical measures aimed at further strengthening TUIT's position in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings, developing the principles of a "green campus" at the university, sustainable infrastructure, energy efficiency, environmental initiatives and enhancing campus sustainability were discussed.

🤝 Furthermore, the parties exchanged views on holding an international forum at TUIT dedicated to sustainable development, an eco-friendly campus and the green university concept, launching future cooperation projects, and organizing a visit of UI GreenMetric representatives to the university.
